Rules of Use
Please review these important rules before using our rental equipment.
Adult Supervision
Adult supervision is required at all times while rental equipment is in use. Children must never be left unattended.
Inflatable Safety
No flips, rough play, climbing on walls or netting, or intentionally damaging the inflatable. Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum and silly string are not permitted inside inflatables.
Weather & Wind
Equipment must not be used during unsafe weather conditions, including strong winds, thunderstorms or severe weather. Follow all instructions provided by Serjo Bouncy Castles regarding weather-related shutdowns.
Keep Equipment in Place
Do not move, disconnect, reposition or alter rental equipment after setup. Blowers and electrical connections must remain as installed unless instructed otherwise by Serjo Bouncy Castles.
Capacity & Age Limits
Follow the capacity, age and usage requirements provided for each rental item. Participants of significantly different sizes should not use an inflatable together when doing so could create an unsafe situation.
Laser Tag & Interactive Games
Use all equipment as instructed. Do not throw, strike or intentionally damage game equipment. During Laser Tag, do not cover the blaster sensor with your hand or hide the blaster behind your body to prevent hits from registering.
Foam Parties
No diving into the foam. Appropriate footwear is recommended, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Use extra caution because wet surfaces may become slippery.
