1. Make Sure You Have Enough Space
Before choosing a bouncy castle, measure the area where you plan to set it up. The inflatable needs extra space around it for safe setup, anchoring and the blower.
The setup area should be flat, clear of trees, fences, overhead wires and other obstacles. If you’re not sure whether a particular inflatable will fit, contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to help.
2. Choose the Right Inflatable for the Age Group
Not every inflatable is the same. Younger children may enjoy a classic bouncy castle, while older kids often prefer a combo with a slide or a larger obstacle course.
Think about the ages and number of children attending your party. Choosing the right inflatable helps keep everyone entertained and makes the party more enjoyable.
3. Check the Power Requirements
Bouncy castles require a blower to stay inflated throughout the rental. You’ll need access to a reliable power outlet near the setup area.

4. Keep an Eye on the Weather
Ontario weather can change quickly, so it’s important to check the forecast before your event. Rain, strong winds and severe weather can make inflatable use unsafe.
Safety always comes first. If severe weather is forecast, we’ll work with you to reschedule or cancel your rental at no charge.
5. Adult Supervision Is Essential
Adult supervision is required whenever children are using a bouncy castle. An adult should make sure the rules are followed and that the number and size of children inside the inflatable are appropriate.
Simple rules — such as no rough play, no food or drinks inside, and no climbing on the walls or netting — help everyone enjoy the inflatable safely.
6. Know What Your Rental Time Includes
Your rental time is your play time. We arrive early to set up and make sure the inflatable is ready before your scheduled rental begins.
That means setup does not take away from the time you’ve booked — your kids get the full rental period to enjoy the bouncy castle.
7. Prepare the Setup Area Before We Arrive
Before delivery, make sure the setup area is clear of toys, patio furniture, branches, pet waste and other obstacles.
A clean, flat area helps us set up safely and efficiently. Please also make sure we have clear access from the driveway to the setup location.
8. Book Early for the Best Selection
Popular weekends can fill up quickly, especially during the warmer months. Booking early gives you a better selection of available bouncy castles and makes planning your party easier.
